Q. I forgot my User name / Password, how can I retrieve it?

A. Not to worry, retrieving your Login details is very simple. Just follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart:
Just add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and click on the check out button.

Step 2: Click on the Login link:
Now click on the Forgot Password link on the next screen.

Step 3: Enter your email address:
On the next screen, just enter your email address, ans click on submit button

Step 4: Forget password mail sent Successful:
When you click on the submit button, you'll be taken to a page as shown hereunder. And your login details will be emailed to you. Remember to enter the same email address which you entered while registering first time on our site.
