Q. Why my transaction was declined ?.

A.  Once in a blue moon, you may came across a situation wherein your credit card transaction is declined. It could be due to several reasons as under:

• Slow internet connectivity.

• Temporary hold on your card by the card issuing authority.

• You could have entered Invalid Card No. / CVV / Expiry date
  mistakenly.
