Q. Why my transaction was declined?
A. It could be due to several reasons as under:
• Slow internet connectivity.
• Your bank has declined because of suspicion of fraudulent usage of your card.
• You could have entered Invalid Card No. / CVV / Expiry date mistakenly.
In order to process your transaction successfully, you are requested to please try again later. Fill up all the forms that come up in the process of payment and do not close any window that requires you to enter any data.
