Q. How do I place my First Order ?

A. Placing your first order is as easy as 1-2-3. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Finding the product:
Click here to start with the Rudraksha category. You'll be taken to a page having images, description and prices of all rudraksha beads.

Step 2: If you wish to change the Product Category:
Scroll down to the middle of the screen, and on the right side of the screen you'll see all the Product categories listed in alphabetical order. You may click on the category name to look for further products in that category.

Step 3: Adding items to your shopping cart:
You need to enter the quantity of the product you want to purchase and click on the Buy Now button.

Similarly, you can add any number of items from different categories to your shopping cart.

Step 4: View items in your shopping cart:
Once you are finished adding the items to your cart you can check the contents of your cart by clicking on the 'View Cart' button at the top.

Step 5: Modifying your Cart:
On this screen you can do the following things:

• Modify the quantity: You can increase/decrease the no. of items in the quantity box.

• Delete an item: To delete an item click on the checkbox infront of the Item Code.

• Once you are done updating your cart, click on the Modiy button.

• Continue Shopping: If you wish to add more items to your cart you can click on the 'Continue Shopping' button.

• Checkout: Once you are finished updating the cart, click on the 'Checkout' button.
  

Step 6: Logging to your Account:
You need to enter your login details as asked in this screen.

Step 7: Fill-in the Shipping Address/ Choose mode of payment:
On this screen you need to fill the following details:

• Shipping address: Please fill the address where you want the items to be delivered. Enter only your Shipping address. We'll ask your billing address on the following page.

• Shipping Method: Please select how you prefer having your items shipped:
  For customers in USA:
  Regular shipping:  is a cost-effective options and takes 7-8 days for delivery.
  FedEx Express Shipping: takes only 2-3 days for delivery.
  For customers in India:
  Blue Dart shipping: takes 1-2 days for delivery anywhere in India.
  For customers in other countries:
  FedEx Express Shipping: takes only 2-3 days for delivery.

• Payment Method: Choose how would you prefer to pay: Credit Card / Paypal / Demand Draft / Cheque / Internet Banking * / Cash on Delivery *  

* Available only for Indian customers.

Step 8: A quick check of what you have ordered:
On this page you'll be asked to confirm your order before making the payment. Once you review your order, click on the 'Proceed to Credit Card Server' link on bottom right.

Step 9: Filling your Credit Card details:
Here you need to enter the following details:

• Billing address

• Don't change the delivery address (as it is the same you entered in Step 7)

• Credit Card information

After filling all the details click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.

Step 10: Order Processing & Confirmation:
Now just wait for a fraction of seconds, your card will be processed and screen will display the Order confirmation.
