A. Rudra Centre offers to each client an unconditional guarantee that all holy items are authentic traditional items that are used in Hindu Puja and ceremony. Rudra Centre fully guarantees that the holy Rudraksha are authentic and of the highest quality of any season harvested. Great care is taken to provide our clients with authentic Rudraksha direct from the Rudraksha forests in Arun Valley of Nepal and in Indonesia.

Great care is taken to implement the traditional malas according to the knowledge found in the Siva Purana and the Srimad Devi Bhagawat for the best interests and protection of all concerned. Rudra Centre experts, who authenticate and approve our high quality collector grade Rudraksha that are implemented in our malas and bracelets, are two generations of same family. All the holy Rudraksha beads are inspected for authenticity and highest quality at the time of delivery by suppliers and at the time of shipping to our clients.

In addition to this guarantee of authenticity, Rudra Centre also offers refund or exchange on purchases if there is good reason and if items are returned within 10 days of receipt in the same condition as delivered to client.
