Rudra Centre - Inviting Partners for holding RUDRAKSHA and GEM STONES Exhibitions

Rudra Centre has been successfully holding exhibitions throughout India. Till date we have held over 50 exhibitions in over 45 cities and states of India. Outside India we have held in Malaysia and two successful exhibition in Singapore. We are now looking for partners outside India who would help us organise exhibition in their country. This is to reach out to people outside India and bring holy Rudraksha closer to people. For this purpose we are looking for partners.

The domain of work of the partner would be to:

Identify the best time to hold the exhibition. Exhibitions are usually conducted for a period of about 5 days.

Locate a suitable venue for the exhibition- This may be a hall in a exhibition centre / Temple premises / Stall in a related products exhibition/ Hotel. Venue needs to be easily accessible and popular. We would need pictures and drawings of the place sent to us .

Identify different media for advertising. This needs to be popular newspapers, pamphlet distribution, sign boards, personal invitation cards, posters around popular places, emails etc.

Draw a budget for the exhibition in consultation with us.
