Using Kusha Grass or a Spoon sprinkle Gangajal on yourself and your surroundings while chanting Pavitrikaran Mantra:

Yah Smaret Pundari Kaksham Sa Bahya Bhyantarah Shuchih"

Translation:

May all things unholy become holy, may all lower tendencies depart, just as soon as we transcend may within and without be purified!

Chant Shukra Mantra: Om Gum Ganapataye Namaha (11 times)

Chant Shiva Mantra: Om Namah Shivaye (11 times)

Chant Vishnu Mantra: Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya (11 times)

Perform Abhishek (Ritualistic Bathing) of the Shukra Yantra using Water, Milk, Honey, Panchamrit & Sugar while chanting “Om Draam Dreem Droum Sah Shukraya Namaha”.

How to Meditate on Shukra Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Shukra Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Shukra Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head. 

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Shukra Yantra at their Eye Level. 

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Start by focusing on the upper left number of the grid and move your gaze to the upper right number etched on it. Continue doing the same in the middle arrow from right to left. Then move your gaze from the lower left to the lower right. These are the steps or Avaran of Shukra yantra.

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.

After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Shukra Yantra Diagram accurately. 

Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Shukra Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above, however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.

This visualization technique takes many years to master and bless the Sadhak with material success as well as spiritual augmentation.
