We use the services of FEDEX, DHL & Speed Post to deliver our orders internationally

We work with the best courier companies and have chosen the best grade of their service which provides live tracking, dedicated customer service agent, door to door delivery, safety, delivery proof (location stamp), fastest delivery of your parcels and ensures delivery of the parcel to your doorstep additionally we also take 100% guarantee to deliver your shipments. If the parcel gets lost in transit which is an extreme rare occurrence, we will take full responsibility to send you a replacement or issue you a complete refund

Our packaging is extremely secure and tamper proof. All products are securely packed with great care and handed over to our courier partners. Any damage to the products in transit is extremely rare however if there is any damage to the products in transit you should report it immediately after receipt of the parcel. You may share images at contact@rudracentre.com and request for a replacement

We do not offer COD facility for our orders

We offer free shipping on order worth more than INR 2500 in India.

The estimated shipping mentioned on the checkout may vary after the parcel is packed. This usually happens when you have ordered multiple items having varying dimensions. In most cases the estimated shipping charges and actual shipping charges are the same. If there is a slight difference in the price, we may deduct them from your reward points (store credit) after informing you. In case the difference is very high and cannot be absorbed we will send you an email with the payment link to pay the balance charges along the images of the weight and dimension of your parcel.

The shipping charges vary as per the weight and dimension of the parcel, note that we do not have margins over our shipping charges, these rates are provided by the courier companies, and we forward those charges to you.

How much time does it take for shipments to reach?

Domestic Orders (India) In India it takes 1-2 days for parcels to reach post shipping via Blue Dart. In Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai it takes only 24 hours If we send via post, it may take up to 5 working days

International Orders It takes 2-4 working days post shipping via FEDEX and DHL. If we use Speed Post it can take 7-14 days depending on the shipping country. The parcel may get delayed due to custom clearance event. If the custom/government/courier agents contact you, kindly inform us so we can provide you with the right documentation to get the parcel cleared without paying or by paying minimum custom charges

Will I be charged custom duty?

From our side we declare the parcel at minimum value, so you won’t be charged custom duty and most of the shipments are received by the customers without any duty charge being levied on them. However, custom duties if applicable have to be borne by the recipient of the goods. If the customs approach you for certain documents kindly get in touch with us at contact@rudracentre.com so we can assist you to get your parcel cleared from customs.
