Ashtadhatu Shivling Nandi Set

This divine Shivalingam and Nandi set is intricately crafted from Ashtadhatu. The Shivlingam symbolizes the harmonious trinity of Para Bhramha's divine powers. Its lower part embodies the creative force of Bhrama, the middle part embodies the persevering energy of Vishnu, and the upper part embodies the transformative energy of Shiva. Nandi, the faithful devotee, and loyal steed of Bhagawan Shiva, embodies eternal anticipation and dutifully carries the heartfelt prayers of devotees to the divine presence.

The veneration of a Shiva Lingam entails a sacred abhisheka, typically performed with milk and water, yet often incorporating other divine elixirs such as yogurt, honey, and clarified butter.   

Ashtadhatu is a sacred mixture of 8 metals used for making Traditional Indian Idols and consists of Gold, Silver, Copper, Lead, Zinc, Tin, Iron & Mercury.

Placement: The ideal place to keep a Shivalinga is on a dedicated altar. Place the Yoni base such that it faces North direction. Then the west face of the lingam is worshipped.
