Kalpavriksha Surya Shaligram Shila

The Shaligram Shila represents Lord Vishnu and is considered a sacred stone which bestows benevolent blessings of the divine Lord. This Shaligram shila with distinct impressions is named Kalpavriksha Surya Shaligram Shila. The Celestial tree of heaven – Kalpavriksha is a wish fulfilling tree which yields good fortune, blessings, positivity and spiritual blessings. Sun is the giver of life. It represents self-realization and is the planet that directs us. The Sun the power of will, intellect, prosperity, success in worldly affairs, activity, ambition and understanding of the phenomenal world. 

The self-manifested Shaligram shila is found in the banks of Kali Gandaki River, Nepal. The worship of Shaligram focuses on six virtues of life which includes creation of wealth, good health, world and spiritual pleasures, spiritual progress, protection and righteous living. The regular worship includes an Abhishekum with pure water or Tulsi water and with panchamrti (combination of five substances which includes cow milk, curd, sugar, ghee and honey).
