Kanakadhara Mahalakshmi Daily Puja

Kanakadhara Mahalakshmi is worshipped as the compassionate Goddess who blesses devotees with divine abundance, prosperity, and freedom from scarcity. The sacred Kanakadhara Stotram, composed by Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya, invokes Her grace to relieve poverty and shower blessings upon sincere devotees. 

According to tradition, Adi Shankaracharya received a single dried amla fruit as alms from a poor woman who had nothing else to offer. Moved by her generosity, he composed the Kanakadhara Stotram, and Bhagawati Mahalakshmi blessed the household with a shower of golden amla fruits, symbolising compassion, abundance, and the transforming power of selfless giving.  

Kanakadhara Mahalakshmi Puja is performed to invoke Her blessings for financial prosperity, successful ventures, relief from debts and scarcity, family happiness, and lasting abundance. The worship also nurtures gratitude, generosity, ethical wealth, and a compassionate relationship with material prosperity.  

Her divine grace is sought to remove financial blockages, improve the flow of opportunities, and bring stability, peace, and fulfilment. The repeated recitation of the Kanakadhara Stotram deepens the prayer for abundance while reminding the devotee that true prosperity is strengthened through faith, generosity, and righteous action.

For Pujas performed over a longer duration, the Homa will be conducted weekly.

The Puja will be performed for approximately two hours. You may select a 1-day Puja or a Puja lasting 7, 12, 21, 30, or 40 days.
