This Narmada Lingam with smooth finish and natural pattern is collected from the sacred Narmada River. Narmada Lingam are one of the most powerful stones with very high frequency and are very sacred for worship by householders. They get naturally rolled in the shape of Lingam and develop marking patterns due to course of river over many years. This Lingam represents the union of Shiva and Shakti where the Lingam represents pure consciousness of Lord Shiva and the natural marking represents the active aspect of Shakti. Worshipping the Narmada Lingam at home brings harmony, cleanses negative energies, promote cordial relation in home and awaken and activate energy centres of Kundalini energy (Chakras). The natural pattern of the Lingam resembles the Girijapati Shiva. Lord Shiva in Girijapati form is addressed as Consort of Giriji, Goddess Shakti.

Lord Shiva from time immemorial has been worshiped in the form of a Lingam. The worship of a Shiva Lingam always includes an abhisheka usually of milk and water, but commonly with other liquids, including yogurt, honey and clarified butter as well. Placement: Install the Lingam on a silver, copper, brass, gemstone or marble Yoni base with the Yoni base facing North direction and worship the west face of Lingam.
