Purpose of Kasht Nivaran Puja

Puja for overcoming problems and hardships (Kasht Nivaran) is to be done for the removal of all sufferings and agonies. In this Puja, Maa Bhadrakali is worshipped and Her blessings are sought for relief from various suffering such as financial sufferings, health-related issues, or domestic issues. The Sanskrit meaning of “Bhadra” is the one who is full of blessings and good fortune and prosperity. She is the auspicious and fortunate form of Kali Maa who protects the good. She protects Her devotees from all evils and negativities and blesses them with good health, fortune, and prosperity. Goddess Bhadrakali was born out of the third eye of Lord Shiva to slay the demon Darika and provide relief to people from their sufferings. With the blessings of Maa Bhadrakali, devotees can attain good health, wealth, great success, prosperity, protection, spiritual augmentation, and abundance. The puja for Kasht Nivaran brings bliss to the native.

How Puja is performed?

The Puja service includes Kalash Sthapana, Panchang Sthapana (Gauri Ganesh, Punyavachan, Shodash Matrika, Navgraha, Sarvotabhadra), 64 yogini Pujan, Shetrapal Pujan, Swasti Vachan, Sankalpa, Ganesh Pujan and Abhishek, Navgraha Pujan and 108 chants of each planetary mantra, Invocation of major Gods and Goddesses in Kalash, Chanting of planetary Beej Mantra of all nine planets(1100 Chants for each planet), Kali yantra and Pujan, Bhadrakali strotra recitation, Bhadrakali Kavach recitation, Bhadrakali Mantra Japa 11,000 times, Yagna, Aarti and Pushpaanjali.
