How to Meditate on Ganesh Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Ganesh Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Ganesh Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head. 

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Ganesh Yantra at their Eye Level. 

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu to the 1^st Layer of the Trikona or two interlocked triangles to 2^nd Layer featuring a big upward pointing Triangle. Now move your gaze to the 3^rd Layer containing a circle to the 4^th Layer composed of 8 splendorous blooming lotuses to the 5^th Layer of two circles of dynamic manifestation to the 6^th Layer of Squares in the outermost part. These are the steps or Avaran of Ganesh yantra.

Then your gaze should go from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu. 

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.

After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Ganesh Yantra Diagram accurately. 

Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Ganesh Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.
