Vaastu Yantra Puja Vidhi (Procedure):

Choose an auspicious day after checking the Hindu Calendar. 

Have a bath & wear clean clothes. 

Sit in a comfortable sitting posture while facing East.

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts. 

Place the Vaastu Mahayantra in front of you on a Puja Thali. 

Light a Diya Lamp and Offer Namaskar.

Using Kusha Grass or a Spoon sprinkle Gangajal on yourself and your surroundings while chanting Pavitrikaran Mantra: 

"Om Apavitrah Pavitro Va Sarva Vastan Gatopi Va

Yah Smaret Pundari Kaksham Sa Bahya Bhyantarah Shuchih"

Translation:

May all things unholy become holy, may all lower tendencies depart, just as soon as we transcend may within and without be purified!

Chant Ganesh Mantra: Om Gum Ganapataye Namaha (11 times) 
Chant Shiva Mantra: Om Namah Shivaye (11 times) 
Chant Vishnu Mantra: Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya (11 times)

Remember all the 9 planets Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandra), Mars (Mangal), Mercury (Budha), Jupiter (Brihaspati), Venus (Shukra), Saturn (Shani), Rahu & Ketu. Remember all the 5 elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

Perform Abhishek (Ritualistic Bathing) of the Shree Yantra using Water, Milk, Honey, Panchamrit & Sugar while chanting the Beej Mantra.

Wash the Vaastu Mahayantra with Water & Wipe it with a Clean Cloth.

Offer Kum Kum while chanting Beej Mantra after each recitation. You may chant this Mantra 9/21/51 or 108 times.

Perform Panchupchara Puja.

How to Worship Vaastu Mahayantra (Simple Procedure)

Some may not be able to perform the puja as mentioned above, in this case one can follow the simple puja procedure mentioned below. Note that any form of worship done with a positive intention will bless the devotees.

One can worship Vaastu Mahayantra using the technique mentioned below.

Choose an auspicious day after checking the Hindu Calendar.

Have a bath & wear clean clothes.

Sit in a comfortable sitting posture while facing East.

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Place the Vaastu Mahayantra in front of you on a Puja Thali.

Light a Diya Lamp and Offer Namaskar.

Sprinkle water on yourself and Vaastu Mahayantra.

Apply Sandal Paste to the Bindu of Vaastu Mahayantra.

Offer Kum Kum to Vaastu Mahayantra.

Offer Fruits or Sweets to Vaastu Mahayantra.

Light a Dhoop Incense and Offer that to Vaastu Mahayantra.

Chant the Each Beej Mantras 3/5/9/11/21 times

Perform Parikrama (Circumbulation) around Vaastu Mahayantra 3 times.

Chant “Om Shantih, Shantih, Shantih!” & Conclude the Puja.

How to Meditate on Vaastu Mahayantra? (Visualization Technique)

Since Vaastu Mahayantra has multiple diagrams it is advisable to first and foremost meditate on any one diagram so you can achieve union with it. In the case of the Vaastu Mahayantra, because all vastu yantras are aimed at correcting vastu dosha, you can begin focusing and meditating in any of them while chanting any of the above-mentioned mantras. The meditation technique for each individual yantra is identical to that used for each yantra individually.

In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the specific Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Yantra at their Eye Level.

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Start by focusing on the Centre Point of the yantra with your gaze going from inward to outward. Focus on each Avaran (step) of the diagram and spend some time focusing on its shape, curvature, diagram.

Once you reach the outermost gate or step start shifting your gaze from outwards to the centre point inwards.

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.

After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Yantra Diagram accurately.

Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.

This visualization technique takes many years to master and bless the Sadhak with material success as well as spiritual augmentation.

Where to install Vaastu Mahayantra?

Vaastu Mahayantra will energize the area where it is placed, it can be installed anywhere in your home, office, factory, dwelling. Ideally it should be placed in the East Corner of a room facing West. Yantras get energized by the Energy of the Sun. Usually after the yantra is installed it takes 10 – 15 days for it to adjust to the energies of dwelling start showing positive change.
