Some devotees may not be able to perform the complete Puja as described above. In such cases, the simple worship procedure given below may be followed. Any worship performed with devotion, sincerity and a pure intention invokes the blessings of Goddess Varahi.

One can worship the Varahi Yantra using the following procedure.

• Choose an auspicious day after checking the Hindu Calendar, preferably a Friday or Panchami Tithi.
• Have a bath and wear clean clothes.
• Sit in a comfortable posture while facing East.
• Perform Anulom Vilom Pranayama ten times and meditate for a few minutes to calm and purify the mind.
• Place the Varahi Yantra in front of you on a clean Puja Thali.
• Light a Diya and offer Namaskar to Goddess Varahi.
• Sprinkle clean water on yourself and the Varahi Yantra.
• Apply Sandal Paste to the Bindu of the Varahi Yantra.
• Offer Kumkum to the Varahi Yantra.
• Offer fresh flowers along with fruits or sweets.
• Light Dhoop Incense and offer it to the Varahi Yantra.
• Chant the Varahi Mantra “Om Aim Hreem Shreem Vartali Varahi Hum Phat Swaha” 9, 21, 51 or 108 times.
• Meditate on the sacred geometry of the Yantra for a few minutes while visualizing yourself surrounded by the divine protective light of Goddess Varahi.
• Perform Parikrama around the Varahi Yantra three times.
• Chant “Om Shantih, Shantih, Shantih” and conclude the Puja with gratitude to Goddess Varahi.

How to Meditate on Varahi Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Varahi Yantra is one of the most powerful ways to establish a deep spiritual connection with Goddess Varahi. Through consistent meditation upon its sacred geometry, the practitioner gradually aligns with Her protective, fearless and transformative energies. With dedicated practice, this meditation enhances concentration, awakens inner strength, sharpens intuition and supports both material success and spiritual evolution. Although the practice appears simple, mastering the visualization of the Yantra requires patience, discipline and regular Sadhana.

• Begin by sitting in a comfortable posture facing East with the Varahi Yantra placed at eye level.
• Perform Anulom Vilom Pranayama ten times and meditate for a few minutes to calm and purify your mind.
• Start by fixing your gaze upon the central Bindu, allowing your awareness to rest completely on this point. Gradually move your attention from the Bindu to the first layer of interlocking triangles, then to the succeeding triangles that radiate the dynamic union of Shiva and Shakti. Continue your observation towards the surrounding lotus petals, followed by the concentric circles that represent the expansion of divine consciousness, and finally to the outer protective square with its four gateways. These successive layers are known as the Avaranas of the Varahi Yantra.
• After reaching the outermost enclosure, slowly bring your awareness back through each layer until it once again rests upon the central Bindu.
• Maintain a steady gaze throughout the practice and avoid blinking as much as comfortably possible. Continue this observation for multiple rounds over a period of about thirty minutes.
• Once you are able to maintain focused attention for at least thirty minutes, gently close your eyes and begin recreating the complete image of the Varahi Yantra within your mind.
• As your visualization becomes clearer through regular practice, mentally travel through each Avarana from the Bindu to the outermost enclosure and then return to the Bindu, all while keeping your eyes closed and maintaining complete awareness of every detail of the sacred geometry.
• With years of sincere practice, this visualization technique enables the Sadhaka to experience the protective grace, wisdom and transformative power of Goddess Varahi while fostering courage, spiritual awareness, inner stability and lasting prosperity.
