Om Hleem Bagalamukhi Devyai Hleem Om Namah||
Baglamukhi Yantra energizes the location where it is installed. You may place it near the entrance of your home/office/shop or in your living room or reception or study room or office cabin. You may keep it on a table or use it as a wall hanging. Yantra is best placed in the East direction facing West. It gets energized by the rising rays of the Sun and with the divine vibrations of the East corner and provides positive transformation energies to the dwelling through its mystical geometry.
Yantras are intricate and powerful geometric diagrams that hold profound significance in various cultures and traditions. They are geometric representations of specific Deities/Energies like how Mantras are audio/verbal representations of different Gods. Yantras act as channels to invoke the blessings and qualities of these specific deities. The Baglamukhi Yantra is believed to provide protection from negative energies, evil forces, and adversaries when it is worshiped. It is said to possess the ability to restrain and paralyze one's adversaries, ensuring victory in conflicts and legal disputes. It is also believed to improve a person's oratory, persuasive, and eloquent skills. It is believed to aid in gaining influence over others and winning arguments through effective communication.
The 2-dimensional diagram of Baglamukhi Yantra comprises a beautiful combination of a Shaktona (two interlocked Triangles, one pointing upwards and other pointing downwards, standing for the union of Shiva and Shakti) surrounded by a radiant combination of outwardly opening lotus petals in crescent layers enclosed by circles and triangles. Lotuses represent purity, enlightenment, and transcendence. In a yantra, the lotus is seen from above with its petals on a circle. Lotus symbolizes divine unfolding. Lotus is the divine symbol of purity in the chakras in all Vedic and other scriptures. Lotuses in a yantra symbolize the Supreme Absolute Truth's unconditional power and are the seats for the devas. It grows in the mud but never touches it, symbolizing detachment from the material world and preserving its divine nature and purity. Baglamukhi Yantra comprises a layer of 8 petals followed by another layer of 16 petals in perfect alignment. Being the Lotus petals the most outstanding geometric figures of this yantra indicates its profound power to dissuade all kinds of negative energies and enemies.
Baglamukhi is one of the ten manifestations of Shakti known as the Mahavidyas (great goddesses of wisdom). She is commonly associated with protection and victory due to the belief that she has the power to restrain or paralyze her enemies. The term "Baglamukhi" comes from the Sanskrit words "bagla," which means "bridle," and "mukhi," which means "face." This implies that Baglamukhi has the ability to "rein in" or exert control over negative forces and energies. Baglamukhi thus is believed to be the Goddess who holds the power to control and paralyze the enemies. Due to her divine powers She is also known as Devi of Stambhana.
According to Svatantra Tantra, there was once a demon called Madanasura who had received a boon of 'Vaksiddhi'. On receiving the boon he started misusing it by troubling humans; he stimulated storms to kill people. On witnessing the destruction caused by the demon, the Gods ran to seek help from Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu started performing penances to appease Tripurasundari on the shore of a lake called Haridra Sarovar. Tripurasundari got appeased with Lord Vishnu's penance, and emerged as a deceitful Goddess called Bagalamukhi from Haridra Sarovar. Goddess Bagalamukhi first stopped the storm and then challenged demon Madanasura for a battle. She killed the demon by pulling out his tongue and breaking his skull with Her club.

Meditating on the Baglamukhi Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Baglamukhi Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.
One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Baglamukhi Yantra at their Eye Level.
Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.
Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu to the 1st Layer of the inverted Triangle to the 2nd of Trikona or two interlocked triangles to the 3rd Layer with a Circle to the 4th Layer with 8 petals to the 5th Layer with a Circle to the 6th Layer containing 16 petals to the 7th Layer with the outermost Squares focusing in each of the three stripes of the squares one at a time. These are the steps or Avaran of Baglamukhi yantra.
Then your gaze should go from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu.
Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.
After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Baglamukhi Yantra Diagram accurately.
Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Baglamukhi Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.
This visualization technique takes many years to master and bless the Sadhak with material success as well as spiritual augmentation.
