Deepavali - Diwali Katha - 8th November

Conduct Deepavali - Diwali Katha on the auspicious occasion of Deepavali. The word 'Deepavali is composed of two words - Deepa meaning Light and Avali meaning a Row. It means a row of lights and indeed illumination forms its main attraction. It is a festival of lights celebrating the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance.

Laxmi Puja, or the worship of the goddess of prosperity and wealth, is the main event on Diwali. In Diwali pujan, Lord Ganesha, Goddess Laxmi and Goddess Saraswati are worshipped together.

Video of Sankalpa (sacred intention), along with multiple videos of the Puja, mantra chanting, and Homa, will be shared with you in real-time while the rituals are being performed. You may connect with the Pandit during the puja (video or phone call) on WhatsApp or Skype and watch the rituals live.
