Ganesh Laxmi Saraswati Idol - I

The grand set of large Ganesh Laxmi Saraswati Idols is carved meticulously in heavy Brass by the dexterous hands of artisans from Moradabad, who make temple Idols. The three Deities are commonly worshipped together to bring the blessings of their individual attributes to the worshipper or devotee. 

The Idols of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi are mounted on a rectangular pedestal with artistic carving, with both the Deities seated on a Lotus seat, a Kalash with Coconut and Mango leaves is seen on the left of each pedestal. Ganesh Idol is gorgeously carved with detailed jewellery and attire, His face looks radiant, His right lower hand is raised in the blessing posture and a Laddu is seen in his lower left hand, which promises the devotee of rewards for good work. A ornately carved arch on two pillars is in the background of Lord Ganesha, with two guards standing on each pillar. The guards have the head of a Mouse and body of human. Lord Ganesha's Vahana, Mushakji(the Mouse) is seen holding a plate of sweets in front of Ganeshji on the right. Lord Ganesha is the first deity to be invoked before any Puja, Yajna, auspicious occasions or ceremonies. Ganeshji lifts all blocks that hinders His devotees and paves the path to success and bestows with wisdom, knowledge, intelligence, good luck, prosperity and fulfils desires. 

Goddess Laxmi is gloriously carved with traditional carving of jewellery and attire which are prominently seen. The pillar and arch in Her background are similar to that of Lord Ganesha idol. Sitting in Padmasana, the Goddess is portrayed holding two Lotus or Kamal flowers, one in each of Her upper hands, which symbolizes fertility, spiritual growth, beauty, purity and is a favourite flower of Maa Laxmi. Goddess Laxmi is the Hindu Goddess of wealth, prosperity, luxuries, abundance and material fulfilment. As seen in the Idol, She has Her left lower hand in the mode of granting the wishes of Her devotees, while Her right lower hand is raised in blessing mode. Goddess Laxmi's face is Divinely crafted with a pleasant smile, which is reassuring of Her support for the devotees. 

Goddess Saraswati Idol is depicted holding a Veena(a string musical instrument) with both Her lower hands. As Sarawatijee is the Goddess who gave the Vedas(sacred ancient Hindu texts), She is holding the Vedas in Her left upper hand and a Japamala or Rosary in the right upper arm. Maa Saraswati is carved with a heavily designed beautiful Saree, Her expression is calm and Her face exudes compassion. Goddess Saraswati's Vahana or vehicle is the Swan, but in this Idol a Peacock is seen beside Her, which is carved to look life-like. The Peacock changes with season and Goddess Saraswati urges worshippers to calm down the restless, fickle mind and be in alignment with peace. Goddess Sarawati blesses with education, knowledge, spiritual growth, impactful speech and artistic skills. 

The auspicious triad, Ganesh, Laxmi, Saraswati Idols bring benevolent blessings and their presence brings meritorious outcome in all aspects of life. This Divinely powerful set of Idols is suitable for gracing the Puja Alter or living space of home.
