Golden Kalpavriksha Shaligram Shila

The exotic golden Kalpavriksha Shaligram Shila has natural impressions of Bhagawan Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi. The Shila has very sharp and perfect impressions of Kalpavriksha at the top of the Shila, extending to the complete right-side periphery of the Shila. The Kalpavriksha tree was one of the 14 gems that emerged from the depths of the sea during Samudra Manthan (the churning of the ocean). Kalpavriksha is said to fulfill desires and provide worldly comforts. It is said that the worshipper attracts a good partner in the form of a husband or good wife and obedient children, and peace prevails in the family.

Keeping Kalpvriksha Shila at the puja altar is considered very auspicious. Regular worship of the Shaligram Shila is done by performing Abhishek with water and tulsi leaves and a mixture of cow milk, curd, ghee, honey, and sugar.
