Kalash Toran

Bandarwar or Toran is a lucky symbol for homes which invites happiness and goodwill. It is hung at the entrance of a house or room from one end of the door to the other. It has auspicious symbols which stop any negativity from entering the home. Some prefer to hang this during auspicious festivals, house warming ceremonies etc, while others leave it on for the whole year.
