Kalpavriksha Kurma Shaligram Shila

The unique Kalpavriksha Kurma Shaligram Shila has natural impressions on it signifying the presence of Lord Vishnu and Lord Krishna. ‘Kalp’ means wish and ‘Vriksha’ means tree.The Shaligram is exotic, powerful, attractive, brilliant, auspicious and emits high radiance and energy levels. Kalpavriksha tree was one of the 14 gems which emerged out of the depths of the sea during Samudra Manthan (churning of the ocean). Along with the tree, the cow was born to fulfill the wishes of Kamadhenu. It is believed that Lord Indra took him along to heaven, Devlok and planted it there. According to mythology, there are five Kalpavrikshas which are Mandana, Parijata, Santana, Kalpavriksha, and Harichandana. Kalpvriksh is an enchanted tree found in the celestial realm of Devaloka. It is said to possess magical properties and its divine fruits and leaves can manifest any desires, material or spiritual.
