Kalyana Sundara Pooja is a sacred Vedic ritual dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati in their divine form as Kalyana Sundareswarar and Devi Parvati, the eternally wedded couple who bless devotees with marital bliss, harmony, and auspiciousness. The word Kalyana Sundara signifies the radiant beauty and divine joy of their cosmic marriage.

According to Puranic tradition, the wedding of Shiva and Parvati represents the union of Shiva Tattva (pure consciousness) and Shakti Tattva (divine energy). Kalyana Sundara mantra:

“Śrī Kalyāṇa Sundareśvara Maṅgalaṁ,
Śrī Pārvatī Kalyāṇa Maṅgalaṁ,
Śrī Umā Maheśvara Maṅgalaṁ,
Śrī Śivā Parvatī Maṅgalaṁ.”

Meaning:

Auspiciousness to Lord Shiva as Kalyana Sundareswara, auspiciousness to the divine marriage of Parvati, auspiciousness to Uma and Maheshwara, auspiciousness to the divine couple Shiva and Parvati.

Puja Tokri having prasad, energized Rudraksha, tabeez and yantra would be sent along.
