Mahavishnu Matsya Varaha Laxmi Golden Shaligram Shila

The extraordinary Mahavishnu Matsya Varaha Laxmi Golden Shaligram Shila has natural impressions of Bhagawan Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi. Matsya avatar is the first incarnation of Bhagawan Vishnu. It is procured from the Gandaki river in Nepal.

After killing Hayagriva and recapturing the Vedas, the Matsya avatar of Bhagawan Maha Vishnu rescued Manu, Shatarupa, and the Saptarishis, who represent knowledge. Finally, he handed over the Vedas to Manu so that he could use them for the welfare of mankind.

Regular worship of the Shaligram Shila is done by performing Abhishek, with water and Tulsi leaves and a mixture of cow milk, curd, ghee, honey and sugar.
