A short Video of the Sankalpa and mantra chanting would be sent to you along with the photographs of the Puja ritual. You may connect with the priest during the puja (video or phone call) on WhatsApp or Skype and watch the rituals live. Puja Tokri having prasad, energized Rudraksha, silver tabeez and yantra would be sent along. Rudra Centre priests will perform Pradosh Kaal Rudra Puja and Abhishekam as per Vedic rituals based on birth details. It is believed that Pradosh Kaal is the best time of the day to worship Lord Shiva. It is the time that starts at sunset and lasts for four Ghatis (two Muhurtas), the timings of Pradosh Kaal vary from place to place. This means from Sunset time to about 96 mins is considered Pradosh Kaal. It is also said to be a favorite time of Lord Shiva and the ancient texts say that Lord Shiva performs the Tandava dance at Pradosh Kaal on Trayodashi to impress the Divine Mother. Rudra Abhishek is said to be the best way to worship Lord Shiva, who is also known as Rudra, thus performing Pradosh Kaal Rudra Puja and Abhishekam is considered very meritorious for any Shiva devotee. The literal meaning of Pradosh Kaal is, 'Pra' means destroy, 'Dosh' means defects/afflictions, and 'Kaal' is the time or period. It is believed that by performing Pradosha Pooja/Puja and Abhishekham during the pious Pradosh Kaal, negative karmas of present and past lives of devotees can dissolve, eliminating all sufferings. Many other festivals Pujas such as that of Ganesh Laxmi Puja on Diwali are done mainly during Pradosh Kaal. Chanting of Mantras during Pradosh Kaal is said to transmit higher vibration. By worshipping Lord Shiva during this period and conducting Pradosh Kaal Rudra Puja and Abhishekam a devotee can get blessed with peace of mind, spiritual joy, and good health.
