Installation of Copper Kalash with coconut, chunari and offerings is an auspicious sign in every Puja. Water is filled in the Kalash and coin and betel-nut is offered in it and then a coconut is placed over it surrounded by 5,9 or 11 mango leaves with a Chunari.
