The 2-dimensional diagram of Ramraksha Yantra comprises Ram beej mantra on its Bindu center surrounded by a Circle resembling the Sun, with stripes directed in all directions like sun rays. This beautiful central representation is enclosed by an upward pointing Square with numerals in its four main directions outwardly pointed as stripes in such a way that they merge with a Circle. This displays a very powerful convergence of the Fire (Sun) and Earth (Square) elements standing for ultimate Power and Protection. Three crescent Circles and splendorous Lotus petals with engraved numerals on them follows. The 8 Petals of Lotus represents the unconditional force of the Supreme Absolute Truth. The lotus serves as a divine seat for devas (Gods). It also represents detachment. It grows in the mud but never touches even a tinge of mud, representing detachment to the external forces (material world) and maintaining the original nature which is pure and divine. They are surrounded by a larger Circle and four rectangular Squares in the outermost part. Taken as a whole, this is an immensely powerful geometrical representation of Ram in order to destroy all the evils and protect the person from all sorts of difficulties. How to Meditate on Ramraksha Yantra? (Visualization Technique)
Meditating on the Ramraksha Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Ramraksha Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.
One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Ramraksha Yantra at their Eye Level.
Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.
Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu to the 1st Layer of the Circle to the 2nd Layer of the Sun shape to the 3rd Layer of the Square to the 4th Layer of the Four Stripes and its spaces in between them to the 5th Layer of the Circle to the 6th Layer of the larger Circle to the 7th Layer of second larger Circle to the 8th Layer of the third larger Circle to the 9th Layer of the 8 Petals of Lotus to the 10th Layer of the Circle to the 11th Layer of Squares in the outermost part. These are the steps or Avaran of Ramraksha yantra.
Then your gaze should go from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu.
Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.
After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Ramraksha Yantra Diagram accurately.
Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Ramraksha Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.
This visualization technique takes many years to master and bless the Sadhak with material success as well as spiritual augmentation.
