Surbhi Mantra Japa and Puja

Surbhi Mantra Japa and Puja is done to worship the Divine Cow-Goddess Surbhi. As per the holy Scriptures Lord Krishna as a child of age six Himself chanted the Surbhi mantra to worship the most revered cow as the Deity and thus got the name Gopal. Even Lord Indra, the keeper of heavens, worshiped Surbhi Maa. 

All wishes are fulfilled by worshipping Surabhi, she is also known as Kamdhenu. Goddess Kamdhenu originated from the churning of the ocean. It is believed that by worshipping Surbhi both the welfare of the self and that of the whole world is ensured. 

In Dharma cows have special significance and are regarded as mothers. Chanting of the Surabhi mantra is one of the best methods to worship Surabhi or Kamdhenu. The mantra is found in the Srimad Bhagwad Puran.
