Lord Shiva, 'the auspicious One' seated in yogic posture on a Tiger skin is artistically crafted in brass. In this Idol, Lord Shiva is portrayed as seated in Sukhasana pose with His right hand raised in blessing mudra. His left hand is resting on His knee while a Trident attached with Damru is seen at His back on the right. A snake coils around His neck and matted hair. Lord Shiva is bedecked with jewels made of Rudraksha and a crescent moon adorns His matted hair and the River Ganga flows from it. His eyes are partially closed and the calmness on His face is vivid. The Third eye on Lord Shiva's is seen on His forehead. Lord Shiva symbolizes pure consciousness and He is worshipped for blessings of prosperity, harmony, peace and spiritual progress. Place the idol in your puja altar or on office or study desk or in living area to spiritually energize the surroundings.
