Chaddila is lichen with flower like appearance that grown in rosettes or spread over substratum and found in tropical region. It is also known as Parmelia peralata or Shaileyam, Dagad, Kallu hoovu, patthar ke phool and Kallu Panchi. It is used as spice in Indian cuisine. It's antimicrobial, anti-biotic and antifungal properties help treat fungal infections in women. It also helps treat seminal weakness and helps heal wounds. It also cures skin disorders and helps provide relief from body pain.
