Daruhaldi Lakri

Daruhaldi is bark herb of tree found in Nilgiri hills and Himalayan hills of India, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is also known as Berberis aristata, Indian Berberry, Daruhaldi, Gangeti and Varatiu manjal. It is used in Ayurveda to treat various diseases. Because of its antifungal, antibacterial properties, it is helpful in curing jaundice, piles, ulcers, skin related diseases and stomach infections. It also helps cure fever, eye related problems and constipation.
