Designed in South Indian art form, Goddess Lakshmi is seated in Padmasana yogic posture on a neatly designed round pedestal, with right hand in Abhayam mudra, gesture of assurance and left hand in Varad mudra, the boon conferring gesture while her upper arms holding a lotus flower. The embellished elephants on either side are seen to be standing on hind legs to shower water onto the Goddess from the pots held in their trunk.
