Idol of Krishna overpowering deadly snake Kalia is made in heavy shining brass. Designed and crafted in magnificence, the idol features Lord Krishna dancing on the multiple hood of Kalia serpent. While He is seen holding a flute in right hand and tail of the serpent in left hand. The consorts of the serpent are seen on either sides in half human and half serpent form with Their palms folded together.
This idol portraying Lord Krishna dancing and overpowering the Kaliya snake is made in shining brass. Krishna is seen smiling and adorning jewels while raising His right hand in blessing pose and holding the tail of the snake in the other hand. Krishna is performing the Aarabhati dance where He is overpowering Kaliya by stepping on each of its rising hoods. Krishna dancing on Kaliya symbolizes the determination needed to control the human senses which cause distraction from attaining the purpose of life which is Moksha (salvation). The hand carved idol with shiny finish would add divinity to your home when placed in puja altar, living area, near entrance or in study or office desk.
