Kuber Chalisa is a devotional hymn of 40 verses dedicated to Lord Kuber. Lord Kuber is the God of wealth, riches and materialistic possessions. He is the treasurer of Gods and also keeper and distributor of Goddess Laxmi’s wealth. To be blessed with wealth and prosperity, one should worship Lord Kuber along with Goddess Laxmi. Lord Kuber is also the king of the Yakshas and the Lord of the North direction. Lord Kuber is a much popular and worshipped Deity during the Vedic period; He is the half-brother of Ravana, Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana.
