Lord Venkateswara is one of the most revered and worshipped manifestations of Lord Vishnu. Lord Venkateswara is known by many names such as Balaji, Srinivasa, Venkata and more. The Tirumala Venkateswara Temple located in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh which is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara is one of the most visited shrines or temples in the entire world. The name Venkateswara means Supreme Lord; as per the Tirumala Sthala Purana once when Goddess Mahalaxmi left Vaikunth saddened by insult of Lord Vishnu by Sage Bhrigu, Lord Vishnu took the incarnation as Lord Venkateswara to find Her. Lord Venkateswara is regarded, worshipped and revered as the wish fulfiller God of the Kali Yug.
