PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A small plant of Nepal Rudraksha Tree can be nurtured in your home garden. This plant is of the finest variety from Nepal and produces 8-14 mukhis. This Elaeocarpus ganitrus variety grows in the area from the Gangetic plain in the foothills of the Himalayas to Southeast Asia, Nepal, Indonesia, New Guinea to Australia, Guam, and Hawaii. It would take 6 - 7 years for the plant to bear Rudraksha fruits. Rudraksha fruits are covered by an outer husk of the blue when fully ripe, and for this reason, are also known as blueberry beads. Rudraksha trees are seen to be growing between 10-32 meters tall and their trunk is nearly 1 meter wide.

Note that we supply plants originally imported from Nepal of the Elaeocarpus variety and not the Dehradun Indian variety which people commonly sell as Nepal trees.
