Silver Tabeez: This amulet consists of Surya grahan mantra written on Bhojpatra which was energized in the puja. It can be worn in the neck 
Molly Thread: This Holy thread can be tied on the right hand 
Dry Fruits Prasad: These were offered to Lord Surya during the puja and can be consumed by the Yajman/Participant

Have a Bath & Wear Clean Clothes Before the Puja 
Avoid Eating Spicy Foods, Onion, Garlic, Non-Vegetarian on the day(s) of the puja.
