Greetings, and let me take this opportunity to wish you and your entire staff @ Rudra-Centre a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2025. The name Rudraksha-Ratna was known to me quite a few years back (thanks to Google search), but somehow I was not keen to purchase from you then - partially because I didn't know what a quality rudraksha should/would be - simply used to purchase religious items from various vendors (Haridwar/Banaras/Delhi and few other places) based on someone's recommendation, or as per my own instinct/exploration. It is only very recently that I was looking for a good quality 7-mukhi rudraksha, and once again, purchased it from couple of vendors only to realize that I was duped, and this experience had finally pushed me to come to you, 'why not try with Rudraksha Ratna'! Your premium (or say, large/collector) beads do carry their 'price-tag', and so this had prompted me to first check the quality/workmanship with few other items - that's how I made my first order. I was so impressed at the quality of beads and workmanship, I decided to proceed further with 7-mukhi purchase. You didn't disappoint me! The quality of all the rudraksha beads (so far I have received) is simply exemplary and has exceeded my expectations (compared to my previous experience from other vendors). I could say that Rudra-Centre is one of the best and could surely be relied upon for divine/religious items. In my own case, not a single rudraksha bead has any crack, or say, chipping, or issue with holes, or say, dyeing etc. All of them are carefully selected, cleaned and carry a positive vibe with a soothing sandalwood-aroma, initiating a divine connection-or-feel with the recipient almost instantaneously. This is how I have felt whenever I used to look at your rudraksha products. Similar has been my feelings in case of other beads/bracelets/malas involving Tulsi/Vaijayanti/Rosewood/Sandalwood/Red-sandalwood - not a single crack/damage to any of the wooden beads. All of them were neatly cut and polished, the malas were nicely done with proper knots. The workmanship is really adorable to say, I highly appreciate your Artisan-Team for their dedication. Your creative way of combining the sacred-wood beads with selected semi-precious stones is very attractive/appealing, and I couldn't resist myself as quite often there was a pull towards them. I had some disappointing experiences concerning these in the past from other vendors, but Rudra-Centre has set a higher benchmark concerning these as well - whatever I have received so far, i.e., Carnelian, Rose-Quartz, Lapiz, Green Onyx, Citrine, Amethyst (and 7-chakra stones) - all of them do carry an 'absolutely genuine' tag concerning their shape/size, appearance, vibe, and so on. The doubt element simply vanishes with the products you provide, and it is really a very great thing! My experience of purchasing other items (brass-metal products) has also gone very well. Both agarbathi stand and Trishakti symbol (wall-hanging) carry very good craftsmanship and are of excellent quality. They carry a neat look with proper finishing. Same is the case with the Gomukhi bag I have purchased, the clothing/stitching was properly done. Nothing seems to be done half-heartedly! My experiences have convinced me that if I need an authentic/quality Rudraksha (or any other divine/religious item) I should go to Rudra-Centre first. I can only say that you have set very high standards concerning quality products and customer satisfaction. This would not just attract more and more quality-seeking people towards you, but also would silently bring-in more and more positive karma; in my humble opinion, this is very essential for overall harmonious growth of any venture. What one gives comes back to that person many-folds sooner or later! I do not have any complaints as such, there could be a few minor ones - mostly related to my own workmanship-related expectations. For example, the Multi-agate mala: having knots in between the beads could have been done as it brings-in its own unique look-n-feel. I can confidently say that Rudra-Centre is, by far, one of the best in divine/religious items ranging from Sacred Rudrakshas to Gem Stones. You have secured a permanent place in my heart, so to say; I am yet to experience any dire necessity of precious stones (Navratnas), but would surely approach you in due course as the need arises. Based on my journey so far I have a humble request to make: kindly continue to maintain the same high-level of craftsmanship, authenticity of products. I am confident that your entire team is very dedicated in their approach, and this is very evident with the finished items. Even the packaging has been quite neatly done. Kindly pass-on my heartfelt appreciation to every staff member/artisan; they are doing a very commendable job to bring-in positivity in the lives of many like me.
