Can we wear Rudraksha at Sleeping Time

During sleep, when one rolls over from side to side, some of the beads may rub against each other and the surface projections, Especially of Nepali beads (their small projections) may break.

The other time may be during physical intimacy and associated lustful thoughts and fantasies may not be compatible with holy beads--- To wear at that time.

I guess that the Rishis and Munis who wear Rudraksha beads (1000s) everywhere may not be removing it as it is not practical.

If to get energy from Rudraksha is felt necessary one can keep them under the pillow. Or close by in their energy auric field.

Probably that can be much more beneficial than removing them and keeping them at another place, Further away.

When we sleep or mind is quiet. A person is in alpha/theta state; closer to deep meditation (except when one is dreaming) and can receive the energy from Rudraksha much more easily as the mind is quiet.

Since I drive for longer hours wearing a seat belt and due to my driving position and habits (chest sometimes touches the steering wheel.) My beads got very minor damage, whenever I wear multiple malas (chipping).

Based upon my personal observation and that of my dowser friends, I think when a person wears Rudraksha the beads are working overtime to remove negative energies and karma in the first few months. Hence I do not stick to the recommended procedure of reenergizing once in few months. I do re-energize them as often as I can, based upon dowsing. This way I guess the waiting period to see the results are shortened.

We are not Saints, we do have lots of past karma and we keep acquiring negative karma and energy due to modern day living.

My dowser friends and my own personal dowsing experience, the metal caps are the one that absorb the negative energies much faster whether they are made up of gold, silver or panchadhatu.

When I have negative thoughts, are spent some time with a negative people or at a place with lots of negative energies I clean and reenergize them once in a week or as often as needed.

I realize I am not a Rishi or Muni of yester years.
