Chant these mantras to please Goddess Saraswati

As the Goddess of knowledge, music, craft, wisdom, arts and auspiciousness, Goddess Saraswati is greatly worshipped by Hindus.
Several mantras are used to please the Goddess and gain her blessings for performing well in educational endeavours and examinations.

1. THE BEEJA MANTRA OF SARASWATI IS SIMPLE, AND SAID BEFORE AND AFTER STARTING A LESSON.

Meaning:

“ May the Goddess Saraswati protect me. She is fair like the jasmine-coloured moon, and her pure white garland is like frosty dew drops. She is adorned in radiant white clothes, and in her hand rests the Veena. She has a throne of white lotus and is respected by the Gods. Oh Goddess, bless me and remove my weariness, sluggishness and ignorance. ”
