How to Meditate on Sahasrara Chakra Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

• Meditating on the Sahasrara Chakra Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Sahasrara Chakra Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.
• One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Sahasrara Chakra Yantra at their Eye Level.
• Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.
• Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu to the external Circles in the yantra. As you do this, gradually observe the expansion of your mental image of the crescent petals pointing outwards. Now, move your gaze to each of the external Circles and then to the outermost part of the Squares. These are the steps or Avaran of Sahasrara Chakra Yantra.
• Then your gaze should return from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu.
• Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.
• After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Sahasrara Chakra Yantra Diagram accurately.
• Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Sahasrara Chakra Yantra in your mind try to focus on the steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed
