How to Meditate on Ketu Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Ketu Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Ketu Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head. 

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Ketu Yantra at their Eye Level. 

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Start by focusing on the first numeral on the upper left of the grid and then move your gaze horizontally to the upper right, then keep gazing at the numerals of the middle arrow from right to left, and then move your gaze through the numerals of the bottom arrow of the grid from left to right. These are the steps or Avaran of Ketu yantra. 

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.

After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Ketu Yantra Diagram accurately. 

Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Ketu Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the steps mentioned above, however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.
