The 2-dimensional diagram of Vishuddha Chakra Yantra has its beej mantra (HAM) etched at its center (Bindu) enclosed in a Circle which represents the full moon reflecting the purified mind. Two downwards pointing Triangles prominently etched around the center of the yantra represent the Shakti or primordial energy related to the essence of the Ether (Akasha) element, which creates a bridge between the higher and lower realms, or the spiritual and physical planes of consciousness. The Sanskrit name, Vishuddha, is derived from the words Visha (impurity, poison) and Suddhi (purify). How to Meditate on Vishuddha Chakra Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

• Meditating on the Vishuddha Chakra Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Vishuddha Chakra Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.
• One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Vishuddha Chakra Yantra at their Eye Level.
• Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.
• Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu (HAM) to the 1st Layer of the Circle to the 2nd Layer of the first downward pointing Triangle to the 3rd Layer of the subsequent Triangle to the 4th Layer of the Circle to the 5th Layer of the 16 Lotus Petals to the 6th Layer of the first Circle to the 7th Layer of the subsequent Circle to the 8th Layer of the Squares in the outer part of the yantra. These are the steps or Avaran of Vishuddha Chakra Yantra.
• Then your gaze should return from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu.
• Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.
• After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Vishuddha Chakra Yantra Diagram accurately.
• Once you can create and sustain an accurate image of Vishuddha Chakra Yantra in your mind try to focus one by one on the 8 Steps mentioned above and go from Bindu to Outermost gate & Back to Bindu however all this needs to be done in your mind in meditation with your eyes closed.
